? ? 便攜式簡(jiǎn)易編程器主要用于小型PLC，其控制規(guī)模小，程序簡(jiǎn)單，可用簡(jiǎn)易編程器；
? ? CRT編程器適用于大中型PLC，除可用于編制和輸入程序外，還可編輯和打印程序文本；
? ? 由于IBM-PC已得到普及推廣，IBM-PC及其兼容機(jī)編程軟件包是PLC很好的編程工具。目前，PLC廠商都在致力于開(kāi)發(fā)適用自己機(jī)型的IBM-PC及其兼容機(jī)編程軟件包，并獲得了成功
? ? 簡(jiǎn)單程序文本處理以及圖、參量狀態(tài)和位置的處理，包括打印梯形邏輯；
? ? 程序標(biāo)注，包括觸點(diǎn)和線圈的賦值名、網(wǎng)絡(luò)注釋等，這對(duì)用戶或軟件工程師閱讀和調(diào)試程序非常有用；
? ? 圖形和文本的處理。
? ? 對(duì)于技術(shù)資料檔案和備用資料來(lái)說(shuō)，程序的儲(chǔ)存方法有磁帶、軟磁盤(pán)或EEPROM存儲(chǔ)程序盒等方式，具體選用哪種儲(chǔ)存方式，取決于所選機(jī)型的技術(shù)條件。
? ? 對(duì)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制結(jié)構(gòu)或需用上位計(jì)算機(jī)管理的控制系統(tǒng)，有無(wú)通信軟件包是選用PLC的主要依據(jù)。通信軟件包往往和通信硬件一起使用，如調(diào)制解調(diào)器等。
? ? 由于PLC通常直接用于工業(yè)控制，生產(chǎn)廠都把它設(shè)計(jì)成能在惡劣的環(huán)境條件下可靠地工作。盡管如此，每種PLC都有自己的環(huán)境技術(shù)條件，用戶在選用時(shí)，特別是在設(shè)計(jì)控制系統(tǒng)時(shí)，對(duì)環(huán)境條件要給予充分的考慮。

? ?DCS是一種“分散式控制系統(tǒng)”，而PLC(可編程控制器)只是一種控制“裝置”，兩者是“系統(tǒng)”與“裝置”的區(qū)別。系統(tǒng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)任何裝置的功能與協(xié)調(diào)，PLC裝置只實(shí)現(xiàn)本單元所具備的功能。
? ?在網(wǎng)絡(luò)方面，DCS網(wǎng)絡(luò)是整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的中樞神經(jīng)，它是安全可靠雙冗余的高速通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)，系統(tǒng)的拓展性與開(kāi)放性更好。而PLC因?yàn)榛旧隙紴閭€(gè)體工作，其在與別的PLC或上位機(jī)進(jìn)行通訊時(shí)，所采用的網(wǎng)絡(luò)形式基本都是單網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)，網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)議也經(jīng)常與國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不符。在網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全上，PLC沒(méi)有很好的保護(hù)措施。我們采用電源，CPU，網(wǎng)絡(luò)雙冗余。
? ? DCS整體考慮方案，操作員站都具備工程師站功能，站與站之間在運(yùn)行方案程序下裝后是一種緊密聯(lián)合的關(guān)系，任何站、任何功能、任何被控裝置間都是相互連鎖控制，協(xié)調(diào)控制;而單用PLC互相連接構(gòu)成的系統(tǒng)，其站與站（PLC與PLC）之間的聯(lián)系則是一種松散連接方式，是做不出協(xié)調(diào)控制的功能。

先介紹幾點(diǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
1、先通讀一遍“系統(tǒng)手冊(cè)”（不管能不能看懂，先了解個(gè)大概，以便學(xué)習(xí)編程時(shí)查找）；
2、由位控邏輯入手，逐漸增加定時(shí)、計(jì)數(shù)等條件，把或、與、非關(guān)系理順；
3、進(jìn)而練習(xí)整數(shù)運(yùn)算、實(shí)數(shù)運(yùn)算、類型轉(zhuǎn)換；
4、量程轉(zhuǎn)換、PID調(diào)節(jié)回路的建立及P、I、D參數(shù)的理解（最好是有個(gè)物理回路驗(yàn)證，比如變頻器+電機(jī)+測(cè)速傳感器）；
5、循環(huán)、順序、跳轉(zhuǎn)等程序控制（盡量避免跳轉(zhuǎn)，非跳不可時(shí)也是跳的越近越好）；
6、中斷、通訊、位置控制....

本人以ABB工業(yè)機(jī)器人配件DSQC系列和Motorola MVME系列，GE 卡件 模塊 驅(qū)動(dòng)器系列為主攻。各位電工朋友可根據(jù)自己的條件選擇適合自己的PLC品牌，由于PLC的基本框架大同小異，學(xué)會(huì)一種至于其它的學(xué)習(xí)起來(lái)也就簡(jiǎn)單了。
