依靠先進(jìn)的工業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)可以迅速有效地收集、傳送生產(chǎn)和管理數(shù)據(jù)。因此,網(wǎng)絡(luò)在自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)集成工程中的重要性越來越顯著,甚至有人提出”網(wǎng)絡(luò)就是控制器”的觀點(diǎn)說法。
PLC具有通信聯(lián)網(wǎng)的功能,它使PLC與PLC之間、PLC與上位計(jì)算機(jī)以及其他智能設(shè)備之間能夠交換信息,形成一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的整體,實(shí)現(xiàn)分散集中控制。多數(shù)PLC具有RS-232接口,還有一些內(nèi)置有支持各自通信協(xié)議的接口。
PLC的通信,還未實(shí)現(xiàn)互操作性,IEC規(guī)定了多種現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線標(biāo)準(zhǔn),PLC各廠家均有采用。

對(duì)于一個(gè)自動(dòng)化工程(特別是中大規(guī)??刂葡到y(tǒng))來講,選擇網(wǎng)絡(luò)非常重要的。首先,網(wǎng)絡(luò)必須是開放的,以方便不同設(shè)備的集成及未來系統(tǒng)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)展;其次,針對(duì)不同網(wǎng)絡(luò)層次的傳輸性能要求,選擇網(wǎng)絡(luò)的形式,這必須在較深入地了解該網(wǎng)絡(luò)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的協(xié)議、機(jī)制的前提下進(jìn)行;再次,綜合考慮系統(tǒng)成本、設(shè)備兼容性、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)環(huán)境適用性等具體問題,確定不同層次所使用的網(wǎng)絡(luò)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

隨著工業(yè)設(shè)備自動(dòng)化控制技術(shù)的發(fā)展,可編程控制器(PLC)在工業(yè)設(shè)備控制中的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛。PLC控制系統(tǒng)的可靠性直接影響到企業(yè)的安全生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行,系統(tǒng)的抗干擾能力是關(guān)系到整個(gè)系統(tǒng)可靠運(yùn)行的關(guān)鍵。本文詳細(xì)介紹了影響PLC運(yùn)行的干擾類型及來源,并提出抗干擾設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)施策略。

自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)所使用的各種類型PLC中,有的是集中安裝在控制室,有的是安裝在生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)和各電機(jī)設(shè)備上,它們大多處在強(qiáng)電電路和強(qiáng)電設(shè)備所形成的惡劣電磁環(huán)境中。要提高PLC控制系統(tǒng)可靠性,一方面要求PLC生產(chǎn)廠家提高設(shè)備的抗干擾能力,另一方面要求應(yīng)用部門在工程設(shè)計(jì)、安裝施工和使用維護(hù)中引起高度重視,多方配合才能完善解決問題,有效地增強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)的抗干擾性能。

影響PLC控制系統(tǒng)的干擾源與一般影響工業(yè)控制設(shè)備的干擾源一樣,大都產(chǎn)生在電流或電壓劇烈變化的部位,這些電荷劇烈移動(dòng)的部位就是干擾源。
干擾類型通常按干擾產(chǎn)生的原因、噪聲干擾模式和噪聲波形性質(zhì)來劃分。按噪聲產(chǎn)生的原因不同,分為放電噪聲、浪涌噪聲、高頻振蕩噪聲等;按噪聲的波形、性質(zhì)不同,可分為持續(xù)噪聲、偶發(fā)噪聲等;按噪聲干擾模式不同,分為共模干擾和差模干擾。
共模干擾和差模干擾是一種比較常用的分類方法。共模干擾是信號(hào)對(duì)地的電位差,主要由電網(wǎng)串入、地電位差及空間電磁輻射在信號(hào)線上感應(yīng)的共態(tài)(同方向)電壓迭加所形成。共模電壓有時(shí)較大,特別是采用隔離性能差的配電器供電時(shí),變送器輸出信號(hào)的共模電壓普遍較高,有的可高達(dá)130V以上。共電壓通過不對(duì)稱電路可轉(zhuǎn)換成差模電壓,影響測(cè)控信號(hào),造成元器件損壞(這就是一些系統(tǒng)I/O模件損壞率較高的主要原因),這種共模干擾可為直流、亦可為交流。差模干擾是指作用于信號(hào)兩極間的干擾電壓,主要由空間電磁場(chǎng)在信號(hào)間耦合感應(yīng)及由不平衡電路轉(zhuǎn)換共模干擾所形成的,這種干擾疊加在信號(hào)上,直接影響測(cè)量與控制精度。

先介紹幾點(diǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
1、先通讀一遍“系統(tǒng)手冊(cè)”(不管能不能看懂,先了解個(gè)大概,以便學(xué)習(xí)編程時(shí)查找);
2、由位控邏輯入手,逐漸增加定時(shí)、計(jì)數(shù)等條件,把或、與、非關(guān)系理順;
3、進(jìn)而練習(xí)整數(shù)運(yùn)算、實(shí)數(shù)運(yùn)算、類型轉(zhuǎn)換;
4、量程轉(zhuǎn)換、PID調(diào)節(jié)回路的建立及P、I、D參數(shù)的理解(最好是有個(gè)物理回路驗(yàn)證,比如變頻器+電機(jī)+測(cè)速傳感器);
5、循環(huán)、順序、跳轉(zhuǎn)等程序控制(盡量避免跳轉(zhuǎn),非跳不可時(shí)也是跳的越近越好);
6、中斷、通訊、位置控制....

本人以ABB工業(yè)機(jī)器人配件DSQC系列和Motorola MVME系列,GE 卡件 模塊 驅(qū)動(dòng)器系列為主攻。各位電工朋友可根據(jù)自己的條件選擇適合自己的PLC品牌,由于PLC的基本框架大同小異,學(xué)會(huì)一種至于其它的學(xué)習(xí)起來也就簡單了。
