軟PLC在中國
所謂軟PLC實際就是在PC機的平臺上、在Windows操作環(huán)境下，用軟件來實現(xiàn)PLC的功能。此概念大約在1996年以后才被介紹到國內(nèi)來。由于這種技術(shù)尚不成熟，所以只有在學(xué)術(shù)界少數(shù)人對此關(guān)注。盡管Interllution和 Wonderware的HMI和SCADA軟件在我國推廣都很成功，但它們的軟邏輯、軟PLC產(chǎn)品P-31和InControl卻少有人問津。當(dāng)然，這兩家公司也不曾刻意去開發(fā)這個市場。
Think&Do和Steeperchase 的VLC都是1998、1999年進入中國市場的，特別是Think&Do花了很大的努力，至今仍不盡如人意。當(dāng)然有一些成功應(yīng)用，如郵件分揀系統(tǒng)。我感覺，這多少與它們不采用IEC 61131-3，而是倡導(dǎo)用流程圖編程語言不無關(guān)系。
德國KW公司在1998年以后就在北京設(shè)立辦事處，著力推廣其符合IEC 61131-3的編程系統(tǒng)MULTIPROG和 控制程序ProConOS。
Siemens從2001年開始在國內(nèi)推介其軟PLC系列產(chǎn)品WinAC，已經(jīng)有了一些應(yīng)用。他們是很有戰(zhàn)略眼光的。德國Inforteam公司的 openPCS 在國內(nèi)也開始了市場開拓活動，2002年6月曾在上海的自動化展覽會上舉辦過技術(shù)交流。我國自行開發(fā)的DCS系統(tǒng)，如上海自儀公司的SUPMAX-800，選用法國CJ International公司的符合IEC 61131-3的IsaGraf和美國的強實時操作系統(tǒng)Vxworks。北京的和理時已采用Inforteam的OpebPCS開發(fā)新的DCS。
分析全世界控制設(shè)備的發(fā)展情況從全世界范圍看，軟PLC/ PC控制作為新興產(chǎn)業(yè)正在發(fā)展。面對這種挑戰(zhàn)，PLC仍在發(fā)展。
