ABB-YYT107A

按傳統(tǒng)功能劃分，電氣納入DCS監(jiān)控之后，其功能可分為數(shù)據(jù)采集(DAS)和順序控制(SCS)兩部分，由于電氣量同熱工量相比并沒有特別的要求，而相對動作速度快、可靠性高的控制功能通過保留的電氣專用裝置來實(shí)現(xiàn)，因此原則上對DCS的硬件無特殊要求。對硬件的配置要求同熱工一致，其功能分別融入DCS的功能之中。但基于歷史的原因DCS由熱工人員負(fù)責(zé)，而熱工人員對電氣的控制原理知之不多，在設(shè)計(jì)、調(diào)試、生產(chǎn)維護(hù)等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)中，這部分工作仍需電氣人員來完成。加上在工程建設(shè)過程中電氣有關(guān)廠用電受電部分需提前調(diào)試投入運(yùn)行，在電氣的控制功能部分即順序控制(SCS)仍建議設(shè)置電氣單獨(dú)的控制器，便于實(shí)際工作的順利進(jìn)行。其數(shù)據(jù)采集部分要求同熱工融為一體。　數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)(DAS)應(yīng)連續(xù)采集和處理所有與電氣系統(tǒng)有關(guān)的重要測點(diǎn)信號及設(shè)備狀態(tài)信號，以便及時(shí)向操作人員提供有關(guān)的運(yùn)行信息，實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)組安全運(yùn)行。一旦機(jī)組發(fā)生任何異常工況，及時(shí)報(bào)警，提高機(jī)組的可利用率。一般有下列功能。
（1）顯示：包括操作顯示、成組顯示、棒狀圖顯示、趨勢顯示、報(bào)警顯示等。
（2）制表記錄：包括定期記錄、事故追憶記錄、事件順序(SOE)記錄、跳閘一覽等。
（3）歷史數(shù)據(jù)存儲和檢索。
（4）二次計(jì)算與機(jī)組性能。
