強(qiáng)電干擾：PLC系統(tǒng)的正常供電電源均由電網(wǎng)供電。由于電網(wǎng)覆蓋范圍廣，它將受到所有空間電磁干擾而在線路上感應(yīng)電壓。尤其是電網(wǎng)內(nèi)部的變化，如刀開(kāi)關(guān)的使用均會(huì)產(chǎn)生電網(wǎng)內(nèi)部的擾動(dòng)。

? ? 刀開(kāi)關(guān)也就是我們通常所說(shuō)的閘刀開(kāi)關(guān)，是一種接通和分?jǐn)嘟恢绷麟娐坊蜃鞲綦x開(kāi)關(guān)用的手動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)裝置。操作浪涌、大型電力設(shè)備起停、交直流傳動(dòng)裝置引起的諧波、電網(wǎng)短路暫態(tài)沖擊等，都通過(guò)輸電線路傳到電源原邊。
柜內(nèi)干擾：控制柜內(nèi)的高壓電器，大的電感性負(fù)載，混亂的布線都容易對(duì)PLC造成一定程度的干擾。
? ? 來(lái)自信號(hào)線引入的干擾：與PLC控制系統(tǒng)連接的各類(lèi)信號(hào)傳輸線，除了傳輸有效的各類(lèi)信息之外，總會(huì)有外部干擾信號(hào)侵入。
? ? 此干擾主要有兩種途徑：一是通過(guò)變送器
? ? 變送器是將物理測(cè)量信號(hào)或普通電信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電信號(hào)輸出或能夠以通訊協(xié)議方式輸出的設(shè)備。供電電源或共用信號(hào)儀表的供電電源串入的電網(wǎng)干擾,這往往被忽視；
? ? 二是信號(hào)線受空間電磁輻射感應(yīng)的干擾，即信號(hào)線上的外部感應(yīng)干擾，這是很?chē)?yán)重的。由信號(hào)引入干擾會(huì)引起I／O信號(hào)工作異常和測(cè)量精度大大降低，嚴(yán)重時(shí)將引起元器件損傷。
來(lái)自接地系統(tǒng)混亂時(shí)的干擾：接地是提高電子設(shè)備電磁兼容性(EMC)的有效手段之一。正確的接地，既能抑制電磁干擾的影響，又能抑制設(shè)備向外發(fā)出干擾；而錯(cuò)誤的接地，反而會(huì)引入嚴(yán)重的干擾信號(hào)，使PLC系統(tǒng)將無(wú)法正常工作。
來(lái)自PLC系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部的干擾：主要由系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部元器件及電路間的相互電磁輻射產(chǎn)生，如邏輯電路
? ? 邏輯電路是包含邏輯關(guān)系的數(shù)字電路，以二進(jìn)制為原理、實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字離散信號(hào)的傳遞，邏輯運(yùn)算和操作的電路。最基本的邏輯電路是常見(jiàn)的門(mén)電路，而最簡(jiǎn)單的門(mén)電路為與電路、或電路和非電路。相互輻射及其對(duì)模擬電路的影響，模擬地與邏輯地的相互影響及元器件間的相互不匹配使用等。
變頻器干擾：一是變頻器啟動(dòng)及運(yùn)行過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生諧波對(duì)電網(wǎng)產(chǎn)生傳導(dǎo)干擾，引起電網(wǎng)電壓畸變，影響電網(wǎng)的供電質(zhì)量；二是變頻器的輸出會(huì)產(chǎn)生較強(qiáng)的電磁輻射干擾，影響周邊設(shè)備的正常工作。

先介紹幾點(diǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
1、先通讀一遍“系統(tǒng)手冊(cè)”（不管能不能看懂，先了解個(gè)大概，以便學(xué)習(xí)編程時(shí)查找）；
2、由位控邏輯入手，逐漸增加定時(shí)、計(jì)數(shù)等條件，把或、與、非關(guān)系理順；
3、進(jìn)而練習(xí)整數(shù)運(yùn)算、實(shí)數(shù)運(yùn)算、類(lèi)型轉(zhuǎn)換；
4、量程轉(zhuǎn)換、PID調(diào)節(jié)回路的建立及P、I、D參數(shù)的理解（最好是有個(gè)物理回路驗(yàn)證，比如變頻器+電機(jī)+測(cè)速傳感器）；
5、循環(huán)、順序、跳轉(zhuǎn)等程序控制（盡量避免跳轉(zhuǎn)，非跳不可時(shí)也是跳的越近越好）；
6、中斷、通訊、位置控制....
