所謂軟PLC實際就是在PC機的平臺上、在Windows操作環(huán)境下，用軟件來實現(xiàn)PLC的功能。此概念大約在1996年以后才被介紹到國內(nèi)來。由于這種技術尚不成熟，所以只有在學術界少數(shù)人對此關注。盡管Interllution和 Wonderware的HMI和SCADA軟件在我國推廣都很成功，但它們的軟邏輯、軟PLC產(chǎn)品P-31和InControl卻少有人問津。當然，這兩家公司也不曾刻意去開發(fā)這個市場。
Think&Do和Steeperchase 的VLC都是1998、1999年進入中國市場的，特別是Think&Do花了很大的努力，至今仍不盡如人意。當然有一些成功應用，如郵件分揀系統(tǒng)。我感覺，這多少與它們不采用IEC 61131-3，而是倡導用流程圖編程語言不無關系。
德國KW公司在1998年以后就在北京設立辦事處，著力推廣其符合IEC 61131-3的編程系統(tǒng)MULTIPROG和 控制程序ProConOS。
Siemens從2001年開始在國內(nèi)推介其軟PLC系列產(chǎn)品WinAC，已經(jīng)有了一些應用。他們是很有戰(zhàn)略眼光的。德國Inforteam公司的 openPCS 在國內(nèi)也開始了市場開拓活動，2002年6月曾在上海的自動化展覽會上舉辦過技術交流。我國自行開發(fā)的DCS系統(tǒng)，如上海自儀公司的SUPMAX-800，選用法國CJ International公司的符合IEC 61131-3的IsaGraf和美國的強實時操作系統(tǒng)Vxworks。北京的和理時已采用Inforteam的OpebPCS開發(fā)新的DCS。

先介紹幾點經(jīng)驗。
1、先通讀一遍“系統(tǒng)手冊”（不管能不能看懂，先了解個大概，以便學習編程時查找）；
2、由位控邏輯入手，逐漸增加定時、計數(shù)等條件，把或、與、非關系理順；
3、進而練習整數(shù)運算、實數(shù)運算、類型轉換；
4、量程轉換、PID調節(jié)回路的建立及P、I、D參數(shù)的理解（最好是有個物理回路驗證，比如變頻器+電機+測速傳感器）；
5、循環(huán)、順序、跳轉等程序控制（盡量避免跳轉，非跳不可時也是跳的越近越好）；
6、中斷、通訊、位置控制....

本人以ABB工業(yè)機器人配件DSQC系列和Motorola MVME系列，GE 卡件 模塊 驅動器系列為主攻。各位電工朋友可根據(jù)自己的條件選擇適合自己的PLC品牌，由于PLC的基本框架大同小異，學會一種至于其它的學習起來也就簡單了。
