系統(tǒng)配置完成自檢以后,CPU進行系統(tǒng)配置。CPU首先將位緩存內所有的系統(tǒng)自檢測位清0.這使以前斷電時的故障不會做為故障信息重新出現(xiàn)。然后,CPU依次檢測系統(tǒng)內的每個模塊是否已完成自檢。CPU讀取每個模塊的信息,與存儲的(下裝的)機架/槽位配置信息進行比較。實際配置和存儲的配置信息的任何不同都會記錄到故障表中。
