電動執(zhí)行器的工作原理:執(zhí)行器由伺服電機、機械減速和位置發(fā)送器三部分組成。執(zhí)行器接受伺服放大器或電動操作器的輸出信號,控制伺服電機的正反轉(zhuǎn),經(jīng)機械減速器后變成輸出力矩去推動調(diào)節(jié)機構(gòu)動作。與此同時,位置發(fā)送器將調(diào)節(jié)機構(gòu)的角位移轉(zhuǎn)換成相對應(yīng)的4-20mADC信號,作為閥位指示,并反饋到前置磁放大器的輸入端作為位置反饋信號以平衡輸入信號。
