內(nèi)部過電壓是由于電力系統(tǒng)故障，或開關(guān)操作而引起的電網(wǎng)中能量的轉(zhuǎn)化，從而造成瞬時(shí)或持續(xù)高于電網(wǎng)額定允許電壓，并對(duì)電氣裝置可能造成威脅的電壓升高。內(nèi)部過電壓分為操作過電壓和暫時(shí)過電壓兩大類，其中在故障或操作時(shí)瞬間發(fā)生的稱為操作過電壓，其持續(xù)時(shí)間一般在幾十毫秒之內(nèi);在暫態(tài)過渡過程結(jié)束以后出現(xiàn)的，持續(xù)時(shí)間大于0.1秒甚至數(shù)小時(shí)的持續(xù)性過電壓稱為暫時(shí)過電壓。暫時(shí)過電壓又可以分為工頻過電壓和諧振過電壓。
? ? 另外，在GIS變電站中，由于隔離刀閘操作，會(huì)產(chǎn)生波頭很陡、頻率很高的操作過電壓，其頻率達(dá)數(shù)百千周至幾十兆周，稱之為快速暫態(tài)過電壓(VFTO)。VFTO可能威脅到GIS及其相鄰設(shè)備的安全，特別是變壓器匝間絕緣的安全，也可能引發(fā)變壓器內(nèi)部的高頻振蕩。
? ? 特高壓電網(wǎng)的過電壓問題與超高壓電網(wǎng)相比有相似之處，但由于特高壓系統(tǒng)線路輸送容量大、距離可能更長，而自身的無功功率很大，每100公里的1000千伏線路無功功率可達(dá)530兆乏左右，使得在甩負(fù)荷時(shí)可能導(dǎo)致嚴(yán)重的暫時(shí)過電壓;在正常運(yùn)行負(fù)荷變化時(shí)將給無功調(diào)節(jié)、電壓控制以及故障時(shí)單相重合閘潛供電流熄滅等造成一系列困難。同時(shí)高電壓長空氣絕緣的飽和、高海拔和電氣設(shè)備制造等方面的因素，給過電壓限制提出更高的要求。

先介紹幾點(diǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
1、先通讀一遍“系統(tǒng)手冊”（不管能不能看懂，先了解個(gè)大概，以便學(xué)習(xí)編程時(shí)查找）；
2、由位控邏輯入手，逐漸增加定時(shí)、計(jì)數(shù)等條件，把或、與、非關(guān)系理順；
3、進(jìn)而練習(xí)整數(shù)運(yùn)算、實(shí)數(shù)運(yùn)算、類型轉(zhuǎn)換；
4、量程轉(zhuǎn)換、PID調(diào)節(jié)回路的建立及P、I、D參數(shù)的理解（最好是有個(gè)物理回路驗(yàn)證，比如變頻器+電機(jī)+測速傳感器）；
5、循環(huán)、順序、跳轉(zhuǎn)等程序控制（盡量避免跳轉(zhuǎn)，非跳不可時(shí)也是跳的越近越好）；
6、中斷、通訊、位置控制....

本人以ABB工業(yè)機(jī)器人配件DSQC系列和Motorola MVME系列，GE 卡件 模塊 驅(qū)動(dòng)器系列為主攻。各位電工朋友可根據(jù)自己的條件選擇適合自己的PLC品牌，由于PLC的基本框架大同小異，學(xué)會(huì)一種至于其它的學(xué)習(xí)起來也就簡單了。
