九十年代中期，國際上興起的現(xiàn)場總線技術是計算機網(wǎng)絡通信技術與自動化儀表系統(tǒng)相結合的成果。國際電工委員會（IEC）對現(xiàn)場總線定義為：現(xiàn)場總線是連接工業(yè)現(xiàn)場儀表與設置在控制室內(nèi)控制設備的數(shù)字化、串行、雙向、多變量、多節(jié)點的通信網(wǎng)絡?，F(xiàn)場總線控制系統(tǒng)（Field　Control　System,FCS）定義為：由各種現(xiàn)場儀表通過互連與控制室內(nèi)人機界面所組成的系統(tǒng)；一個全分散、全數(shù)字化、全開放和可互操作的生產(chǎn)過程自動控制系統(tǒng)。目前，現(xiàn)場總線技術已經(jīng)用于過程自動化、制造自動化、樓宇自動化等領域的現(xiàn)場智能設備互連通信網(wǎng)絡中。作為工廠數(shù)字通信網(wǎng)絡的基礎，溝通了生產(chǎn)過程現(xiàn)場與控制設備之間的聯(lián)系外，還連接著更高控制管理層。因此，它不僅是一個基層網(wǎng)絡，而且還可構成一種開放式、新型全分布控制系統(tǒng)，即，集智能、傳感、控制、計算機、數(shù)字通信技術于一身的控制系統(tǒng)。正由于這些特點，以現(xiàn)場總線作為技術支撐的FCS在工業(yè)自動化領域有明顯的優(yōu)勢，如很高的精確性、設計組態(tài)簡單、擴展安裝方便、易于維護、節(jié)省軟硬件投資等。它被公認為第五代控制系統(tǒng)，成為當今工業(yè)自動化發(fā)展的必然趨勢。?隨著現(xiàn)代工廠信息自動化進程的加快，企業(yè)逐漸將管理、決策、市場信息和現(xiàn)場控制信息結合起來，實現(xiàn)ERP(Enterprise　Resource　Planning)、MES(Manufacturing　Execution　system)、PCS(Process　Control　System)三層信息一體化的解決方案。同時，企業(yè)內(nèi)部之間以及與外部交換信息的需求也在不斷擴大，現(xiàn)代工業(yè)企業(yè)對生產(chǎn)的管理要求不斷提高，這種要求已不局限于通常意義上的對生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場狀態(tài)的監(jiān)視和控制，同時還要求把現(xiàn)場信息和管理信息結合起來，建立一套全集成的、開放的、全廠綜合自動化的信息平臺，把企業(yè)的橫向通信(同一層不同節(jié)點的通信)和縱向通信(上、下層之間的通信)緊密聯(lián)系在一起，通過對經(jīng)營決策、管理、計劃、調(diào)度、過程優(yōu)化、故障診斷、現(xiàn)場控制等信息的綜合處理，形成一個意義更廣泛的綜合管理系統(tǒng)。在PCS層中，只有具有Web功能的SCADA（Supervisory　Control　And　Data　Acquisition）系統(tǒng)，才能滿足企業(yè)信息自動化信息平臺的要求，它使采集和監(jiān)控的數(shù)據(jù)得以開放，能被更多的管理系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng)和使用者所訪問。

先介紹幾點經(jīng)驗。
1、先通讀一遍“系統(tǒng)手冊”（不管能不能看懂，先了解個大概，以便學習編程時查找）；
2、由位控邏輯入手，逐漸增加定時、計數(shù)等條件，把或、與、非關系理順；
3、進而練習整數(shù)運算、實數(shù)運算、類型轉(zhuǎn)換；
4、量程轉(zhuǎn)換、PID調(diào)節(jié)回路的建立及P、I、D參數(shù)的理解（最好是有個物理回路驗證，比如變頻器+電機+測速傳感器）；
5、循環(huán)、順序、跳轉(zhuǎn)等程序控制（盡量避免跳轉(zhuǎn)，非跳不可時也是跳的越近越好）；
6、中斷、通訊、位置控制....

本人以ABB工業(yè)機器人配件DSQC系列和Motorola MVME系列，GE 卡件 模塊 驅(qū)動器系列為主攻。各位電工朋友可根據(jù)自己的條件選擇適合自己的PLC品牌，由于PLC的基本框架大同小異，學會一種至于其它的學習起來也就簡單了。
