在狀態(tài)圖的“新值(New Value)”欄，可以輸入所需要的信號(hào)值進(jìn)行狀態(tài)的強(qiáng)制更新。為了運(yùn)行的安全，建議信號(hào)強(qiáng)制在PLC處于STOP狀態(tài)時(shí)進(jìn)行，為此，需要在主菜單“調(diào)試(Debug)”下選擇“在STOP狀態(tài)下強(qiáng)制輸出(Write-Force Outputs in STOP)”選項(xiàng)。
? ? 在輸入了新的強(qiáng)制值后，通過(guò)單擊工具條中的狀態(tài)強(qiáng)制(Force)按鈕，可以對(duì)指定的信號(hào)進(jìn)行強(qiáng)制操作；單擊工具條中的狀態(tài)強(qiáng)制解除( Unforced)按鈕，可以解除指定的信號(hào)的強(qiáng)制操作；單擊工具條中的所有信號(hào)強(qiáng)制解除( All unforced)按鈕，可以解除所有信號(hào)的強(qiáng)制操作。
? ? 強(qiáng)制和取消強(qiáng)制工具條按鈕選項(xiàng)僅在用于帶有V、M、AI和AQ內(nèi)存類型的字節(jié)、字和雙字長(zhǎng)度時(shí)才能使用。
? ? 可以選擇主菜單命令“調(diào)試( Debug)”下的各種選項(xiàng)實(shí)現(xiàn)以下調(diào)試功能：
? ? “單次讀取( Single Read)”：獲得“瞬態(tài)圖”，即只對(duì)全部狀態(tài)進(jìn)行一次更新，而不從PLC連續(xù)獲取狀態(tài)更新信息。
? “全部寫(xiě)入( Writ All)”：可以在“新值”全部改動(dòng)完成后，使用“全部寫(xiě)入”，一次性將所改動(dòng)的值全部傳送至PLC。因此，可以通過(guò)本操作，通過(guò)向程序?qū)懭胍唤M信號(hào)，從而模擬一組控制條件或?qū)崿F(xiàn)一組控制動(dòng)作。
? ? “強(qiáng)制( Force)”：同工具條中的狀態(tài)強(qiáng)制(Force)按鈕，可將信號(hào)強(qiáng)制為某一數(shù)值。
? ? “讀取全部強(qiáng)制( Read All Force)”：將全部信號(hào)強(qiáng)制為設(shè)定數(shù)值。

先介紹幾點(diǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
1、先通讀一遍“系統(tǒng)手冊(cè)”（不管能不能看懂，先了解個(gè)大概，以便學(xué)習(xí)編程時(shí)查找）；
2、由位控邏輯入手，逐漸增加定時(shí)、計(jì)數(shù)等條件，把或、與、非關(guān)系理順；
3、進(jìn)而練習(xí)整數(shù)運(yùn)算、實(shí)數(shù)運(yùn)算、類型轉(zhuǎn)換；
4、量程轉(zhuǎn)換、PID調(diào)節(jié)回路的建立及P、I、D參數(shù)的理解（最好是有個(gè)物理回路驗(yàn)證，比如變頻器+電機(jī)+測(cè)速傳感器）；
5、循環(huán)、順序、跳轉(zhuǎn)等程序控制（盡量避免跳轉(zhuǎn)，非跳不可時(shí)也是跳的越近越好）；
6、中斷、通訊、位置控制....

本人以ABB工業(yè)機(jī)器人配件DSQC系列和Motorola MVME系列，GE 卡件 模塊 驅(qū)動(dòng)器系列為主攻。各位電工朋友可根據(jù)自己的條件選擇適合自己的PLC品牌，由于PLC的基本框架大同小異，學(xué)會(huì)一種至于其它的學(xué)習(xí)起來(lái)也就簡(jiǎn)單了。
