描述
根據(jù)已建成300MW機(jī)組的運(yùn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)，九江、信陽(yáng)、益陽(yáng)電廠(chǎng)機(jī)爐控制中采用DCS以CRT和鍵盤(pán)監(jiān)控為中心后，盡可能地減少控制盤(pán)臺(tái)上的顯示儀表、操作器／開(kāi)關(guān)、報(bào)警窗等，僅保留的后備監(jiān)控設(shè)備為：
（1）模擬量信號(hào)全部進(jìn)DCS顯示，盤(pán)上僅保留少量顯示儀表。
（2）只保留少量的重要電氣開(kāi)關(guān)并取消電氣控制屏／盤(pán)，控制功能在DCS實(shí)現(xiàn)。關(guān)于手動(dòng)同期開(kāi)關(guān)的保留與否，由于自動(dòng)準(zhǔn)同期裝置產(chǎn)品的可靠性已越來(lái)越高，建議取消手動(dòng)同期開(kāi)關(guān)。保留的后備手操開(kāi)關(guān)為：發(fā)變組斷路器緊急跳閘按鈕；發(fā)電機(jī)滅磁開(kāi)關(guān)跳閘按鈕；柴油發(fā)電機(jī)緊急按鈕。
（3）報(bào)警光字牌數(shù)量保留20個(gè)左右，與熱工報(bào)警合并在一起，既減少了設(shè)備的種類(lèi)，又便于布置。對(duì)于2臺(tái)機(jī)組的公用系統(tǒng)，如廠(chǎng)用公用及備用電源系統(tǒng)等與熱工控制系統(tǒng)一樣，DCS的配置能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)機(jī)組停止時(shí)，另一臺(tái)機(jī)組的運(yùn)行人員能對(duì)公用系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行監(jiān)控，并且要求采用可靠的措施，確保其控制命令的唯一性，即在同一時(shí)間只允許一套DCS系統(tǒng)對(duì)公用設(shè)備起控制作用。不能因?yàn)楣孟到y(tǒng)的存在，而使2臺(tái)機(jī)組的DCS耦合在一起。
在工程實(shí)際應(yīng)用過(guò)程中，依照DCS的特點(diǎn)采用了2種典型的方法來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)公用系統(tǒng)的控制。九江三期的DCS是HITACHI公司生產(chǎn)的HIACS7000系統(tǒng)，在DCS的配置中，我們?cè)?臺(tái)機(jī)組中配置相同的硬件和軟件，通過(guò)切換開(kāi)關(guān)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)操作權(quán)的轉(zhuǎn)換。外部設(shè)備的信號(hào)通過(guò)冗余配置(模擬量)或通過(guò)擴(kuò)展轉(zhuǎn)換(開(kāi)關(guān)量)分別送入2套DCS系統(tǒng)。同時(shí)因保證不出現(xiàn)誤操作事故，還增加了相當(dāng)部分的判據(jù)條件和I／0測(cè)點(diǎn)，這種方式的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是當(dāng)一臺(tái)機(jī)組停運(yùn)或檢修，可以較方便地對(duì)DCS進(jìn)行檢查，同時(shí)也增大了控制的可靠性，缺點(diǎn)是增加了外部設(shè)備的數(shù)量，增加了費(fèi)用。增加一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)也就意味著增加了故障發(fā)生的可能。信陽(yáng)一期、益陽(yáng)一期的DCS是由Bailey公司提供的INFI-90系統(tǒng)，針對(duì)其系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)采用了公用環(huán)，公用系統(tǒng)的控制全部通過(guò)公用環(huán)配置來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。2套DCS通過(guò)Tagnumber來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)控制，這樣較好地解決了耦合問(wèn)題。這種控制方式的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是配置較少，外部設(shè)備也不用增加，有效地利用了信息資源；缺點(diǎn)是公用環(huán)的設(shè)備不能停電檢修，除非2臺(tái)機(jī)組均停機(jī)檢修，加重了設(shè)備運(yùn)行安全性的要求。
