PLC的接地
? ? 1、PLC的接地最好采用專用的接地極。如不可能，也可與其他盤板共用接地系統(tǒng)，但須用自己的接地線直接與公共接地極相連。絕對不允許與大功率裝置共用接地系統(tǒng)；
? ? 2、PLC的接地極離PLC越近越好，即接地線越短越好。PLC如由多單元組成，各單元之間應(yīng)采用同一點接地，以保證各單元間等電位。當(dāng)然，一臺PLC的I/O單元如果有的分散在較遠(yuǎn)的現(xiàn)場(超過100m)，是可以分開接地的
? ? 3、PLC的輸入輸出信號采用屏蔽電纜時，其屏蔽層應(yīng)用一點接地，并用靠近PLC這一端的電纜接地，電纜的另一端不接地。如果信號隨嗓聲波動，可以連接一個0.1–0.47微法/25V的電容器到接地端；
? ? 4、接地線截面積應(yīng)大于2平方。接地線一般最長不超過20m，PLC接地系統(tǒng)的接地電阻一般應(yīng)小于4歐姆。

先介紹幾點經(jīng)驗。
1、先通讀一遍“系統(tǒng)手冊”（不管能不能看懂，先了解個大概，以便學(xué)習(xí)編程時查找）；
2、由位控邏輯入手，逐漸增加定時、計數(shù)等條件，把或、與、非關(guān)系理順；
3、進(jìn)而練習(xí)整數(shù)運算、實數(shù)運算、類型轉(zhuǎn)換；
4、量程轉(zhuǎn)換、PID調(diào)節(jié)回路的建立及P、I、D參數(shù)的理解（最好是有個物理回路驗證，比如變頻器+電機(jī)+測速傳感器）；
5、循環(huán)、順序、跳轉(zhuǎn)等程序控制（盡量避免跳轉(zhuǎn)，非跳不可時也是跳的越近越好）；
6、中斷、通訊、位置控制....

本人以ABB工業(yè)機(jī)器人配件DSQC系列和Motorola MVME系列，GE 卡件 模塊 驅(qū)動器系列為主攻。各位電工朋友可根據(jù)自己的條件選擇適合自己的PLC品牌，由于PLC的基本框架大同小異，學(xué)會一種至于其它的學(xué)習(xí)起來也就簡單了。
