隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,可編程序控制器PLC在工業(yè)控制中的廣泛應(yīng)用,它的可靠性直接關(guān)系到工業(yè)企業(yè)的安全生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行.而PLC控制系統(tǒng)的抵抗干擾的能力是整個(gè)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)可靠運(yùn)行的關(guān)鍵.目前,各種類(lèi)型的可編程序控制器PLC一般集中安裝在集控室或是生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng),它們大都處在強(qiáng)電電路和強(qiáng)電設(shè)備所形成的惡劣電磁環(huán)境中.所以,要提高PLC控制系統(tǒng)的可靠性,一是需要PLC生產(chǎn)廠家提高PLC硬件的抗干擾能力,二是需要工程設(shè)計(jì)人員充分利用PLC組態(tài)軟件來(lái)消除干擾,這樣才能有效地增強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)的抗干擾的性能.PLC控制系統(tǒng)由于具有功能強(qiáng)、程序設(shè)計(jì)簡(jiǎn)單、擴(kuò)展性好、維護(hù)方便、可靠性高、能適應(yīng)比較惡劣的工業(yè)環(huán)境的特點(diǎn),因此在工業(yè)企業(yè)廣泛應(yīng)用.但是由于工業(yè)環(huán)境條件惡劣,以及各種工業(yè)電磁,輻射干擾等,影響PLC控制系統(tǒng)的正常工作,因此必須重視PLC控制系統(tǒng)的抗干擾設(shè)計(jì).為防止干擾,可以采用硬件和軟件相結(jié)合的抗干擾方法. 防止硬件干擾的方法有:1采用性能優(yōu)良的電源來(lái)抑制電網(wǎng)引入的干擾2電纜的選擇與鋪設(shè)來(lái)降低電磁干擾3完善接地系統(tǒng)4采用光電隔離來(lái)抑制輸入輸出電路引入的干擾等.而利用PLC軟件來(lái)減少干擾是PLC控制系統(tǒng)正常、穩(wěn)定工作的重要環(huán)節(jié).下面主要分析在生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐中應(yīng)用的利用PLC組態(tài)軟件來(lái)減少干擾的方法:隨著工業(yè)企業(yè)自動(dòng)化技術(shù)的發(fā)展，PLC (Programmable Logic Controller,又稱(chēng)可編程控器)，以其可靠性、靈活性、優(yōu)良的性能價(jià)格比、使用方便等特點(diǎn)在工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域迅猛發(fā)，得到了越來(lái)越廣泛的應(yīng)用石油焦是鋁電解用碳素陽(yáng)極生產(chǎn)的主要原料。石油焦轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)系統(tǒng)，是把貯存在倉(cāng)庫(kù)中的石油焦，經(jīng)過(guò)破碎篩分處理成滿(mǎn)足煅燒需要的原料，輸送到煅前料倉(cāng)。由于該系統(tǒng)邏輯控制點(diǎn)多、自動(dòng)化程度高、上下游設(shè)備間關(guān)聯(lián)度大，所以選用PLC進(jìn)行自動(dòng)控制，并設(shè)立上位機(jī)進(jìn)行全系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控。本文著重討論P(yáng)LC在系統(tǒng)中控制功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)和上位機(jī)監(jiān)控界面的開(kāi)發(fā)。

先介紹幾點(diǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
1、先通讀一遍“系統(tǒng)手冊(cè)”（不管能不能看懂，先了解個(gè)大概，以便學(xué)習(xí)編程時(shí)查找）；
2、由位控邏輯入手，逐漸增加定時(shí)、計(jì)數(shù)等條件，把或、與、非關(guān)系理順；
3、進(jìn)而練習(xí)整數(shù)運(yùn)算、實(shí)數(shù)運(yùn)算、類(lèi)型轉(zhuǎn)換；
4、量程轉(zhuǎn)換、PID調(diào)節(jié)回路的建立及P、I、D參數(shù)的理解（最好是有個(gè)物理回路驗(yàn)證，比如變頻器+電機(jī)+測(cè)速傳感器）；
5、循環(huán)、順序、跳轉(zhuǎn)等程序控制（盡量避免跳轉(zhuǎn)，非跳不可時(shí)也是跳的越近越好）；
6、中斷、通訊、位置控制....

本人以ABB工業(yè)機(jī)器人配件DSQC系列和Motorola MVME系列，GE 卡件 模塊 驅(qū)動(dòng)器系列為主攻。各位電工朋友可根據(jù)自己的條件選擇適合自己的PLC品牌，由于PLC的基本框架大同小異，學(xué)會(huì)一種至于其它的學(xué)習(xí)起來(lái)也就簡(jiǎn)單了。
