?使用桁架機器人的過程中，會遇到一些問題，那么今天工控資料窩小編就帶大家來看下桁架機器人常見問題的處理方法有哪些，下面就具體說說。
? ? 1.先故障后調(diào)試
? ? 對于調(diào)試和故障并存的電氣設(shè)備，應(yīng)先排除故障，再進行調(diào)試，調(diào)試必須在電氣線路正常的前提下進行。
? ? 2.先外后內(nèi)
? ? 應(yīng)先檢查設(shè)備有無明顯裂痕、缺損，了解其維修史、使用年限等，然后再對機內(nèi)進行檢查。拆前應(yīng)排除周邊的故障因素，確定為機內(nèi)故障后才能拆卸，否則，盲目拆卸，可能將設(shè)備越修越壞。
? ? 3.先機械后電氣
? ? 只有在確定機械零件無故障后，再進行電氣方面的檢查。檢查電路故障時，應(yīng)利用檢測儀器尋找故障部位，確認無接觸不良故障后，再有針對性地查看線路與機械的運作關(guān)系，以免誤判。
? ? 4.先外圍后內(nèi)部
? ? 先不要急于更換損壞的桁架機器人電氣部件，在確認外圍設(shè)備電路正常時，再考慮更換損壞的電氣部件。
? ? 5.先直流后交流
? ? 檢修時，必須先檢查直流回路靜態(tài)工作點，再檢查交流回路動態(tài)工作點。
??? 6．先動口再動手
? ? 對于有故障的桁架機器人電氣設(shè)備，不應(yīng)急于動手，應(yīng)先詢問產(chǎn)生故障的前后經(jīng)過及故障現(xiàn)象。對于生疏的設(shè)備，還應(yīng)先熟悉電路原理和結(jié)構(gòu)特點，遵守相應(yīng)規(guī)則。拆卸前要充分熟悉每個電氣部件的功能、位置、連接方式以及與周圍其他器件的關(guān)系，在沒有組裝圖的情況下，應(yīng)一邊拆卸，一邊畫草圖，并記上標記
? ? 7．先靜態(tài)后動態(tài)
? ? 在桁架機器人未通電時，判斷電氣設(shè)備按鈕、接觸器、熱繼電器以及保險絲的好壞，從而判定故障的所在。通電試驗，聽其聲、測參數(shù)、判斷故障，最后進行維修。如在電動機缺相時，若測量三相電壓值無法判別時，就應(yīng)該聽其聲，單獨測每相對地電壓，方可判斷哪一相缺損。
? ? 8．先清潔后維修
? ? 對污染較重的電氣設(shè)備，先對其按鈕、接線點、接觸點進行清潔，檢查外部控制鍵是否失靈。許多故障都是由臟污及導(dǎo)電塵塊引起的，一經(jīng)清潔故障往往會排除。
??? 9.先電源后設(shè)備
? ? 桁架機器人電源部分的故障率在整個故障設(shè)備中占的比例很高，所以先檢修電源往往可以事半功倍。
? ? 10.先普遍后特殊
? ? 因裝配配件質(zhì)量或其他設(shè)備故障而引起的故障，一般占常見故障的50％左右。電氣設(shè)備的特殊故障多為軟故障，要靠經(jīng)驗和儀表來側(cè)量和維修。例如，有一個0.5kW的電動機由于帶不動負載，有人以為是負載故障。根據(jù)經(jīng)驗，帶上加厚手套，順著電動機旋轉(zhuǎn)方向抓，結(jié)果抓住了，這就是電動機本身的問題

先介紹幾點經(jīng)驗。
1、先通讀一遍“系統(tǒng)手冊”（不管能不能看懂，先了解個大概，以便學習編程時查找）；
2、由位控邏輯入手，逐漸增加定時、計數(shù)等條件，把或、與、非關(guān)系理順；
3、進而練習整數(shù)運算、實數(shù)運算、類型轉(zhuǎn)換；
4、量程轉(zhuǎn)換、PID調(diào)節(jié)回路的建立及P、I、D參數(shù)的理解（最好是有個物理回路驗證，比如變頻器+電機+測速傳感器）；
5、循環(huán)、順序、跳轉(zhuǎn)等程序控制（盡量避免跳轉(zhuǎn)，非跳不可時也是跳的越近越好）；
6、中斷、通訊、位置控制....

本人以ABB工業(yè)機器人配件DSQC系列和Motorola MVME系列，GE 卡件 模塊 驅(qū)動器系列為主攻。各位電工朋友可根據(jù)自己的條件選擇適合自己的PLC品牌，由于PLC的基本框架大同小異，學會一種至于其它的學習起來也就簡單了。
