調(diào)試要點及注意事項
常規(guī)檢查。在通電之前要耐心細(xì)致地作一系列的常規(guī)檢查(包括接線檢查、絕緣檢查、接地電阻檢查、保險檢查等)，避免損壞PLC模塊(用STEP7的診斷程序?qū)λ心K進(jìn)行檢查)。
系統(tǒng)調(diào)試。系統(tǒng)調(diào)試可按離線調(diào)試與在線調(diào)試兩階段進(jìn)行。其中離線調(diào)試主要是對程序的編制工作進(jìn)行檢查和調(diào)試，采用STEP7能對用戶編制程序進(jìn)行自動診斷處理，用戶也可通過各種邏輯關(guān)系判斷編制程序的正誤。而在線調(diào)試是一個綜合調(diào)試過程，包括程序本身、外圍線路、外圍設(shè)備以及所控設(shè)備等的調(diào)試。在線調(diào)試過程中，系統(tǒng)在監(jiān)控狀態(tài)下運行，可隨時發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、隨時解決問題，從而使系統(tǒng)逐步完善。因此，一般系統(tǒng)所存在的問題基本上可在此過程中得到解決。?在線調(diào)試設(shè)備開停時，必須先調(diào)試空開關(guān)的運行情況；如果設(shè)備設(shè)有運行監(jiān)視開關(guān)，則可把監(jiān)視開關(guān)強(qiáng)制為”１”(正式運行時，撤銷強(qiáng)制)。調(diào)試單臺設(shè)備時可針對性地建立該設(shè)備的變量表，對該設(shè)備及其與該設(shè)備相關(guān)的變量進(jìn)行實時監(jiān)視。這樣既可判斷邏輯操作是否正確，對模擬量的變化也可一目了然。比如調(diào)試電動執(zhí)行器時，可建立一變量表，對執(zhí)行器的位置信號、限位信號、過力矩信號及輸出命令信號等進(jìn)行實時監(jiān)視，便可非常直觀地觀測執(zhí)行器的動作情況。
S7-300 PLC模擬量模塊可通過變換信號類型卡支持各種類型信號。當(dāng)改造老生產(chǎn)工藝線時，不可避免地會遇到多類信號。因此，設(shè)計時最好不把幾種信號接到同一模塊；同時必須先組態(tài)好模塊，再接信號線，檢查無誤后送電。此外，應(yīng)避免兩線制與四線制信號、電流與電壓信號的混接，以免燒壞模塊。
一般變送器的負(fù)載能力為600Ω，而模擬量輸入模塊的抗阻各不相同(一般在250Ω以下)。如果回路內(nèi)設(shè)安全欄，必　　須注意抗阻的匹配；模擬量輸出模塊的負(fù)載能力為600Ω，一般 執(zhí)行器的負(fù)載能力為250Ω；如線路較長，也存在抗阻匹配問題。此外，要加強(qiáng)信號的隔離，特別是要加強(qiáng)與支流調(diào)速裝置、變頻調(diào)速裝置及設(shè)備配套的小型PLC之間的信號隔離，防止相互干擾。

先介紹幾點經(jīng)驗。
1、先通讀一遍“系統(tǒng)手冊”（不管能不能看懂，先了解個大概，以便學(xué)習(xí)編程時查找）；
2、由位控邏輯入手，逐漸增加定時、計數(shù)等條件，把或、與、非關(guān)系理順；
3、進(jìn)而練習(xí)整數(shù)運算、實數(shù)運算、類型轉(zhuǎn)換；
4、量程轉(zhuǎn)換、PID調(diào)節(jié)回路的建立及P、I、D參數(shù)的理解（最好是有個物理回路驗證，比如變頻器+電機(jī)+測速傳感器）；
5、循環(huán)、順序、跳轉(zhuǎn)等程序控制（盡量避免跳轉(zhuǎn)，非跳不可時也是跳的越近越好）；
6、中斷、通訊、位置控制....

本人以ABB工業(yè)機(jī)器人配件DSQC系列和Motorola MVME系列，GE 卡件 模塊 驅(qū)動器系列為主攻。各位電工朋友可根據(jù)自己的條件選擇適合自己的PLC品牌，由于PLC的基本框架大同小異，學(xué)會一種至于其它的學(xué)習(xí)起來也就簡單了。
