今天我們來(lái)講解下變頻電機(jī)和普通電機(jī)的區(qū)別，從性能、設(shè)計(jì)、測(cè)量三個(gè)方面來(lái)介紹：
??? 變頻電機(jī)和普通電機(jī)主要有三方面區(qū)別
? ? 1、散熱系統(tǒng)不一樣；普通風(fēng)機(jī)內(nèi)散熱風(fēng)扇跟風(fēng)機(jī)機(jī)芯用同一條線，而變頻電機(jī)中這兩個(gè)是分開(kāi)的。所以普通風(fēng)機(jī)變頻過(guò)低時(shí)，可能會(huì)因過(guò)熱而燒掉。
? ? 2、變頻電機(jī)由于要承受高頻磁場(chǎng)，所以絕緣等級(jí)要比普通電機(jī)高，原則上普通電機(jī)是不能用變頻器來(lái)驅(qū)動(dòng)的，但在實(shí)際中為了節(jié)約資金，在很多需要調(diào)速的場(chǎng)合都用普通電機(jī)代替變頻電機(jī)，但普通電機(jī)的調(diào)速精度不高，在風(fēng)機(jī)、水泵的節(jié)能改造中經(jīng)常這樣做。在用普通電機(jī)代替變頻電機(jī)時(shí)變頻器的載波頻率盡量低一點(diǎn)，以減少高頻對(duì)電機(jī)的絕緣損壞。變頻電機(jī)加強(qiáng)了槽絕緣，一是絕緣材料加強(qiáng)，一是加大槽絕緣的厚度，以提高承受高頻電壓的水平。
? ? 3、增大了電磁負(fù)荷。普通電機(jī)工作點(diǎn)基本在磁飽和拐點(diǎn)，如果用做變頻，易飽和，產(chǎn)生較高的激磁電流，而變頻電機(jī)在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)增大了電磁負(fù)荷，使磁路不易飽和。另外就是變頻電機(jī)一般分為恒轉(zhuǎn)矩專用電機(jī)，用于有反饋矢量控制的帶測(cè)速裝置的專用電機(jī)以及中頻電動(dòng)機(jī)等。

先介紹幾點(diǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
1、先通讀一遍“系統(tǒng)手冊(cè)”（不管能不能看懂，先了解個(gè)大概，以便學(xué)習(xí)編程時(shí)查找）；
2、由位控邏輯入手，逐漸增加定時(shí)、計(jì)數(shù)等條件，把或、與、非關(guān)系理順；
3、進(jìn)而練習(xí)整數(shù)運(yùn)算、實(shí)數(shù)運(yùn)算、類型轉(zhuǎn)換；
4、量程轉(zhuǎn)換、PID調(diào)節(jié)回路的建立及P、I、D參數(shù)的理解（最好是有個(gè)物理回路驗(yàn)證，比如變頻器+電機(jī)+測(cè)速傳感器）；
5、循環(huán)、順序、跳轉(zhuǎn)等程序控制（盡量避免跳轉(zhuǎn)，非跳不可時(shí)也是跳的越近越好）；
6、中斷、通訊、位置控制....

本人以ABB工業(yè)機(jī)器人配件DSQC系列和Motorola MVME系列，GE 卡件 模塊 驅(qū)動(dòng)器系列為主攻。各位電工朋友可根據(jù)自己的條件選擇適合自己的PLC品牌，由于PLC的基本框架大同小異，學(xué)會(huì)一種至于其它的學(xué)習(xí)起來(lái)也就簡(jiǎn)單了。
