IMDS003
自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)時(shí)，按照逆煤流方向順序啟動(dòng)設(shè)備；自動(dòng)停機(jī)時(shí)，按照順煤流方向延時(shí)停止設(shè)備；當(dāng)某一設(shè)備出現(xiàn)事故跳閘時(shí)，由故障設(shè)備開(kāi)始進(jìn)行逆煤流跳閘（除鐵器、電子皮帶秤、取樣器不參與跳閘）。并且本系統(tǒng)允許有多個(gè)流程在運(yùn)行中，但不允許同時(shí)操作兩個(gè)及以上流程啟動(dòng)或停機(jī)。當(dāng)有兩條流程在運(yùn)行時(shí)，如果其中一條流程的某一設(shè)備出現(xiàn)故障造成此流程設(shè)備聯(lián)跳時(shí)，不能影響另一條正在正常工作的流程。具體設(shè)備的位置和流程順序參看在系統(tǒng)投入自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)前，需要進(jìn)行流程選擇。如果兩個(gè)流程同時(shí)選擇了一個(gè)設(shè)備，則會(huì)發(fā)出報(bào)警。
流程選擇需要通過(guò)上位機(jī)流程選擇畫(huà)面進(jìn)行，在本次輸煤程控項(xiàng)目中，我們總共設(shè)置了8個(gè)流程選擇分畫(huà)面，見(jiàn)“流程選擇”圖：
每一個(gè)流程選擇分畫(huà)面都設(shè)置了一個(gè)全選甲帶鍵和一個(gè)全選乙?guī)фI，一旦按下全選甲帶鍵，這個(gè)流程內(nèi)的所有甲帶就都變成深藍(lán)顏色，表示被選中。
另外每一條皮帶自身也有一個(gè)選擇鍵，利用此鍵可以把有故障的皮帶退出流程，選擇另一側(cè)的皮帶來(lái)替代它，這樣就可以做到甲、乙側(cè)設(shè)備交叉使用。在設(shè)備選擇完成后，按下確認(rèn)鍵后就可以知道所選的通路是否正確，如果正確，則可以繼續(xù)下一步操作，否則需要重新進(jìn)行選擇。當(dāng)此流程使用完畢后，使用清流程鍵把這個(gè)流程清除，以免在另外的流程中使用相同設(shè)備時(shí)出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤。參見(jiàn)“1號(hào)煤廠至煤倉(cāng)間流程”選擇圖：
若所選流程為有效流程，則由語(yǔ)音提示下一步的“預(yù)啟”操作。此操作發(fā)出后，三通擋板打到所選通路，滾軸篩（如果在流程內(nèi)）、碎煤機(jī)（如果在流程內(nèi)）運(yùn)行。如在30秒預(yù)啟過(guò)程中擋板正常啟動(dòng)到位，則發(fā)出“允許啟動(dòng)”語(yǔ)音提示，此時(shí)可以進(jìn)行“程啟”操作。選擇“程啟”后沿線設(shè)備從末端皮帶機(jī)按所選流程逆煤流方向延時(shí)啟動(dòng)各設(shè)備直到煤源。當(dāng)上煤結(jié)束時(shí)，立即進(jìn)行“程?！辈僮?。在多流程同時(shí)運(yùn)行時(shí)要先選擇煤源再進(jìn)行“程停”操作，程停操作根據(jù)所選流程從煤源設(shè)備開(kāi)始順煤流方向逐臺(tái)按預(yù)定的延遲時(shí)間順序停止各設(shè)備直到最末一臺(tái)設(shè)備。延遲時(shí)間是為保證每臺(tái)運(yùn)行設(shè)備上的煤走完后該設(shè)備才停機(jī)。
在自動(dòng)運(yùn)行中，某一設(shè)備出現(xiàn)故障或事故時(shí),如皮帶撕裂、拉繩，持續(xù)2秒以上的重跑偏、打滑或堵煤時(shí)，立即停止該皮帶，同時(shí)聯(lián)跳逆煤流方向的所有設(shè)備。但故障點(diǎn)下游設(shè)備保持原工作狀態(tài)不變。待故障解除后，先進(jìn)行“復(fù)位”操作，再重新進(jìn)行“預(yù)啟”操作，從故障點(diǎn)向上游重新延時(shí)啟動(dòng)設(shè)備；也可在故障未解除時(shí)，執(zhí)行“程?！辈僮?，從故障點(diǎn)下游開(kāi)始順煤流方向逐臺(tái)按預(yù)定的延遲時(shí)間順序停止各設(shè)備直到最末。碎煤機(jī)和滾軸篩除本身事故外延時(shí)30秒后停機(jī)。當(dāng)按“緊急停機(jī)”按紐（操作臺(tái)上和上位機(jī)都有此開(kāi)關(guān)）全線運(yùn)行設(shè)備立即停止運(yùn)行，碎煤機(jī)和滾軸篩延時(shí)30秒后停機(jī)。

先介紹幾點(diǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
1、先通讀一遍“系統(tǒng)手冊(cè)”（不管能不能看懂，先了解個(gè)大概，以便學(xué)習(xí)編程時(shí)查找）；
2、由位控邏輯入手，逐漸增加定時(shí)、計(jì)數(shù)等條件，把或、與、非關(guān)系理順；
3、進(jìn)而練習(xí)整數(shù)運(yùn)算、實(shí)數(shù)運(yùn)算、類型轉(zhuǎn)換；
4、量程轉(zhuǎn)換、PID調(diào)節(jié)回路的建立及P、I、D參數(shù)的理解（最好是有個(gè)物理回路驗(yàn)證，比如變頻器+電機(jī)+測(cè)速傳感器）；
5、循環(huán)、順序、跳轉(zhuǎn)等程序控制（盡量避免跳轉(zhuǎn)，非跳不可時(shí)也是跳的越近越好）；
6、中斷、通訊、位置控制....

本人以ABB工業(yè)機(jī)器人配件DSQC系列和Motorola MVME系列，GE 卡件 模塊 驅(qū)動(dòng)器系列為主攻。各位電工朋友可根據(jù)自己的條件選擇適合自己的PLC品牌，由于PLC的基本框架大同小異，學(xué)會(huì)一種至于其它的學(xué)習(xí)起來(lái)也就簡(jiǎn)單了。
