?使用桁架機(jī)器人的過(guò)程中，會(huì)遇到一些問(wèn)題，那么今天工控資料窩小編就帶大家來(lái)看下桁架機(jī)器人常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題的處理方法有哪些，下面就具體說(shuō)說(shuō)。
? ? 1.先故障后調(diào)試
? ? 對(duì)于調(diào)試和故障并存的電氣設(shè)備，應(yīng)先排除故障，再進(jìn)行調(diào)試，調(diào)試必須在電氣線路正常的前提下進(jìn)行。
? ? 2.先外后內(nèi)
? ? 應(yīng)先檢查設(shè)備有無(wú)明顯裂痕、缺損，了解其維修史、使用年限等，然后再對(duì)機(jī)內(nèi)進(jìn)行檢查。拆前應(yīng)排除周邊的故障因素，確定為機(jī)內(nèi)故障后才能拆卸，否則，盲目拆卸，可能將設(shè)備越修越壞。
? ? 3.先機(jī)械后電氣
? ? 只有在確定機(jī)械零件無(wú)故障后，再進(jìn)行電氣方面的檢查。檢查電路故障時(shí)，應(yīng)利用檢測(cè)儀器尋找故障部位，確認(rèn)無(wú)接觸不良故障后，再有針對(duì)性地查看線路與機(jī)械的運(yùn)作關(guān)系，以免誤判。
? ? 4.先外圍后內(nèi)部
? ? 先不要急于更換損壞的桁架機(jī)器人電氣部件，在確認(rèn)外圍設(shè)備電路正常時(shí)，再考慮更換損壞的電氣部件。
? ? 5.先直流后交流
? ? 檢修時(shí)，必須先檢查直流回路靜態(tài)工作點(diǎn)，再檢查交流回路動(dòng)態(tài)工作點(diǎn)。
??? 6．先動(dòng)口再動(dòng)手
? ? 對(duì)于有故障的桁架機(jī)器人電氣設(shè)備，不應(yīng)急于動(dòng)手，應(yīng)先詢問(wèn)產(chǎn)生故障的前后經(jīng)過(guò)及故障現(xiàn)象。對(duì)于生疏的設(shè)備，還應(yīng)先熟悉電路原理和結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)，遵守相應(yīng)規(guī)則。拆卸前要充分熟悉每個(gè)電氣部件的功能、位置、連接方式以及與周圍其他器件的關(guān)系，在沒(méi)有組裝圖的情況下，應(yīng)一邊拆卸，一邊畫草圖，并記上標(biāo)記
? ? 7．先靜態(tài)后動(dòng)態(tài)
? ? 在桁架機(jī)器人未通電時(shí)，判斷電氣設(shè)備按鈕、接觸器、熱繼電器以及保險(xiǎn)絲的好壞，從而判定故障的所在。通電試驗(yàn)，聽(tīng)其聲、測(cè)參數(shù)、判斷故障，最后進(jìn)行維修。如在電動(dòng)機(jī)缺相時(shí)，若測(cè)量三相電壓值無(wú)法判別時(shí)，就應(yīng)該聽(tīng)其聲，單獨(dú)測(cè)每相對(duì)地電壓，方可判斷哪一相缺損。
? ? 8．先清潔后維修
? ? 對(duì)污染較重的電氣設(shè)備，先對(duì)其按鈕、接線點(diǎn)、接觸點(diǎn)進(jìn)行清潔，檢查外部控制鍵是否失靈。許多故障都是由臟污及導(dǎo)電塵塊引起的，一經(jīng)清潔故障往往會(huì)排除。
??? 9.先電源后設(shè)備
? ? 桁架機(jī)器人電源部分的故障率在整個(gè)故障設(shè)備中占的比例很高，所以先檢修電源往往可以事半功倍。
? ? 10.先普遍后特殊
? ? 因裝配配件質(zhì)量或其他設(shè)備故障而引起的故障，一般占常見(jiàn)故障的50％左右。電氣設(shè)備的特殊故障多為軟故障，要靠經(jīng)驗(yàn)和儀表來(lái)側(cè)量和維修。例如，有一個(gè)0.5kW的電動(dòng)機(jī)由于帶不動(dòng)負(fù)載，有人以為是負(fù)載故障。根據(jù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，帶上加厚手套，順著電動(dòng)機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)方向抓，結(jié)果抓住了，這就是電動(dòng)機(jī)本身的問(wèn)題

1、先通讀一遍“系統(tǒng)手冊(cè)”（不管能不能看懂，先了解個(gè)大概，以便學(xué)習(xí)編程時(shí)查找）；
2、由位控邏輯入手，逐漸增加定時(shí)、計(jì)數(shù)等條件，把或、與、非關(guān)系理順；
3、進(jìn)而練習(xí)整數(shù)運(yùn)算、實(shí)數(shù)運(yùn)算、類型轉(zhuǎn)換；
4、量程轉(zhuǎn)換、PID調(diào)節(jié)回路的建立及P、I、D參數(shù)的理解（最好是有個(gè)物理回路驗(yàn)證，比如變頻器+電機(jī)+測(cè)速傳感器）；
5、循環(huán)、順序、跳轉(zhuǎn)等程序控制（盡量避免跳轉(zhuǎn)，非跳不可時(shí)也是跳的越近越好）；
6、中斷、通訊、位置控制....

本人以ABB工業(yè)機(jī)器人配件DSQC系列和Motorola MVME系列，GE 卡件 模塊 驅(qū)動(dòng)器系列為主攻。各位電工朋友可根據(jù)自己的條件選擇適合自己的PLC品牌，由于PLC的基本框架大同小異，學(xué)會(huì)一種至于其它的學(xué)習(xí)起來(lái)也就簡(jiǎn)單了。
