位移傳感器又稱為線性傳感器,是一種屬于金屬感應的線性器件,傳感器的作用是把各種被測物理量轉換為電量。在生產過程中,位移的測量一般分為測量實物尺寸和機械位移兩種。按被測變量變換的形式不同,位移傳感器可分為模擬式和數字式兩種。模擬式又可分為物性型和結構型兩種。常用位移傳感器以模擬式結構型居多,包括電位器式位移傳感器、電感式位移傳感器、自整角機、電容式位移傳感器、電渦流式位移傳感器、霍爾式位移傳感器等。數字式位移傳感器的一個重要優(yōu)點是便于將信號直接送入計算機系統(tǒng)。這種傳感器發(fā)展迅速,應用日益廣泛。

位移是和物體的位置在運動過程中的移動有關的量,位移的測量方式所涉及的范圍是相當廣泛的。小位移通常用應變式、電感式、差動變壓器式、渦流式、霍爾傳感器來檢測,大的位移常用感應同步器、光柵、容柵、磁柵等傳感技術來測量。其中光柵傳感器因具有易實現數字化、精度高(目前分辨率最高的可達到納米級)、抗干擾能力強、沒有人為讀數誤差、安裝方便、使用可靠等優(yōu)點,在機床加工、檢測儀表等行業(yè)中得到日益廣泛的應用。

?位移傳感器主要分類
? ? 根據運動方式可分為直線位移傳感器和角度位移傳感器。
? ??直線位移傳感器:的功能在于把直線機械位移量轉換成電信號。
? ? 為了達到這一效果,通常將可變電阻滑軌定置在傳感器的固定部位,通過滑片在滑軌上的位移來測量不同的阻值。傳感器滑軌連接穩(wěn)態(tài)直流電壓,允許流過微安培的小電流,滑片和始端之間的電壓,與滑片移動的長度成正比。將傳感器用作分壓器可最大限度降低對滑軌總阻值精確性的要求,因為由溫度變化引起的阻值變化不會影響到測量結果。
? ??角度位移傳感器:應用于障礙處理:使用角度傳感器來控制你的輪子可以間接的發(fā)現障礙物。原理非常簡單:如果馬達角度傳感器構造運轉,而齒輪不轉,說明你的機器已經被障礙物給擋住了。此技術使用起來非常簡單,而且非常有效;唯一要求就是運動的輪子不能在地板上打滑(或者說打滑次數太多),否則你將無法檢測到障礙物。一個空轉的齒輪連接到馬達上就可以避免這個問題,這個輪子不是由馬達驅動而是通過裝置的運動帶動它:在驅動輪旋轉的過程中,如果惰輪停止了,說明你碰到障礙物了。
? ? 根據材質分為霍耳式位移傳感器和光電式位移傳感器。
? ??霍耳式位移傳感器:它的測量原理是保持霍耳元件的激勵電流不變,并使其在一個梯度均勻的磁場中移動,則所移動的位移正比于輸出的霍耳電勢。磁場梯度越大,靈敏度越高;梯度變化越均勻,霍耳電勢與位移的關系越接近于線性。
? ??光電式位移傳感器:它根據被測對象阻擋光通量的多少來測量對象的位移或幾何尺寸。特點是屬于非接觸式測量,并可進行連續(xù)測量。光電式位移傳感器常用于連續(xù)測量線材直徑或在帶材邊緣位置控制系統(tǒng)中用作邊緣位置傳感器。

先介紹幾點經驗。
1、先通讀一遍“系統(tǒng)手冊”(不管能不能看懂,先了解個大概,以便學習編程時查找);
2、由位控邏輯入手,逐漸增加定時、計數等條件,把或、與、非關系理順;
3、進而練習整數運算、實數運算、類型轉換;
4、量程轉換、PID調節(jié)回路的建立及P、I、D參數的理解(最好是有個物理回路驗證,比如變頻器+電機+測速傳感器);
5、循環(huán)、順序、跳轉等程序控制(盡量避免跳轉,非跳不可時也是跳的越近越好);
6、中斷、通訊、位置控制....

本人以ABB工業(yè)機器人配件DSQC系列和Motorola MVME系列,GE 卡件 模塊 驅動器系列為主攻。各位電工朋友可根據自己的條件選擇適合自己的PLC品牌,由于PLC的基本框架大同小異,學會一種至于其它的學習起來也就簡單了。
